: (1) For the management, operation and supervision of the fund, there will be the following Environmental Protection Fund Board of Directors :-
(a) Secretary, Ministry - Chairman
(b) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance - Member (c) Joint Secretary, Industry, Commerce and Supply - Member Ministry (d) Joint Secretary, Physical Infrastructure and - Member Ministry of Transport
(e) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration Truth (f) Secretary of the Member Ministry nominated by the Ministry to deal with environmental issues of a province (one person). (6 Director General, Department of Environment -Member
(h) Two members, including at least one woman, nominated by the Ministry from among the environment experts (i) Joint Secretary (Looking at related matters - Member-Secretary Division), Ministry
(2) When nominating the members as per Clause (f) of Sub-rule (1), it shall be done in such a way that the Secretary of the Ministry shall look into the environment related matters of each province.
(3) The term of office of the member who is nominated according to clause (f) or (h) of sub-rule (1) will be one year.
(4) If the performance of the designated member according to Clause (h) of sub-rule (1) is not satisfactory, the Ministry may remove him/her from the position at any time. But before removing him in that way, he should be given a reasonable opportunity to present his justification.
(9) The procedure for the meeting of the board of directors shall be as determined by the board itself.
